Harvey and I have had 6 gundog sessions with Nigel. We both look forward to every lesson and Nigel comes very prepared and ready each time. I met Ali for the first time after we had to repeatedly reschedule (our issues not Ali) and I really wish we had seen her sooner. Firstly she is very, very good at what she does and secondly Ali is a great person to work with. My partner and I learned a huge amount in a short time and 24hrs later we are already getting great results. Thank you Dog Wuf.
Ali has been fantastic and we're just sorry we didn't find her sooner! After an awful experience with another company, we were reluctant to use someone else. We had been using positive reinforcement and science based training as best as pet owners can, and when Ali visited, it was clear she had the amazing knowledge and ethos we were looking for and responded to our excitable pup really well! We were happier still when Ali suggested just home visits while they got to know each other - perfect as we just wanted company and toilet opportunity with some brain games. We're still on home visits after adding a rescue dog, and Ali has been fab getting to know him too taking in to account his history and building trust. Would highly recommend, I finally feel like I can trust someone to put the dogs wellbeing first, and not feel like I have to check puppy cams to see if they even turn up. Ali also takes the best photos! Thank you - please never leave us 😂
I cannot recommend Ali enough! With our rescue puppy it was key that we found someone who could stay with him in his safe space to keep him settled and in a routine - she not only kept to his routine but also gave us so much needed help and advice in regards to his training and behaviour problems. She also made sure to give us regular updates on how he was doing and really kept us and him at ease during our time apart. We hope to be long term customers 😊
As an owner of a very nervous rescue dog, going away on holiday is fraught with worry. Luckily, we found Ali and now we know our dog is in safe hands. She is the most diligent, caring and kind-hearted dog care professional, and won our very sensitive boy around right away. She sends lovely updates and has even helped us with some behaviour. She treats our dog like she would her own. I cannot recommend her enough.
